Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, capable of understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction. If you have a background in customer service and technical support, we would be excited to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as needed.
Schedule regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Assist the sales team in upselling and cross-selling products/services.
Analyze competition and suggest strategies for customer retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and additional languages is a plus
Experience in customer service, technical support, or client management.
Ability to track and improve customer satisfaction metrics (KPIs).
Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
