Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing timely ERP support to retailers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of databases (MSSQL), the ability to establish and troubleshoot database connections, and a customer-first approach.

Job Title: Technical Support (ERP & Database)

Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Shift timing: 5:30pm to 1:30 am

Employment Type: Full-Time (No remote)

Key Responsibilities

● Provide technical support to retailers using our ERP system.

● Troubleshoot functional and technical ERP issues and ensure timely resolution.

● Establish and test database connections, including user credentials and network-related troubleshooting.

● Diagnose and resolve MSSQL-related issues, including query failures, deadlocks, timeouts, and connectivity errors.

● Log, track, and document issues in the ticketing system, escalating as needed.

● Collaborate with internal teams (development, product, and infrastructure) to ensure long-term fixes and product stability.

● Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs for recurring issues.

● Provide excellent customer support, ensuring clear communication and follow-up until issue closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

● 2+ years of experience in technical support, ERP support, or database administration.

● Strong working knowledge of MSSQL (queries, indexes, performance tuning, troubleshooting, logs).

● Hands-on experience with database connectivity and network troubleshooting.

● Familiarity with ERP or business applications support.

● Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently during night shift hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹45,258.94 per month

• Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
