Job Title: Sales coordinator Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Shift: 5:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Monday to Friday) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role Join CDT Software and Support as a Sales coordinator where you’ll assist customers over calls and help them place orders on behalf of the warehouse team. You'll act as a bridge between customers and operations to ensure smooth order processing. Key Responsibilities Attend inbound/outbound calls and support customer inquiries. Help customers place orders and provide product/service info. Coordinate with warehouse for order accuracy and timely dispatch. Maintain call records and follow up on customer requests. Requirements Experience in customer service or telesales preferred. Strong communication and basic computer skills. Knowledge of order processing and inventory handling is a plus.
