Job Description

As a CQM/Technical Support Engineer, your role involves providing excellent service and acting as a technical advisor to Automotive OEM customers. Your primary responsibility will be to support after-sales quality issues by quickly responding to product quality issues after SOP and collaborating with both external and internal teams. You will provide on-site diagnostic support and ensure prompt issue resolution by providing feedback to the cross-functional team. Your broad technical knowledge will be essential in maintaining good cooperation with customers to continuously improve the quality of the company's products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a technical advisor to Automotive customers, providing prompt support and collecting field information to expedite analysis. - Conduct on-site investigations to diagnose and identify issues, coordinating with the team until resolution and case closure. - Gather Voice of Customers feedback and drive failure analysis initiatives for continuous improvement. - Manage complaints to optimize customer responses, enhance satisfaction, and ensure timely resolution. - Assist headquarters in handling emergency events, such as on-site audits and problem improvement confirmation. - Build effective customer relationships using strong service accountability and interpersonal skills to achieve high customer satisfaction. - Develop service strategies and allocate resources to provide optimal customer support. - Lead quality system improvements through policy development, procedure implementation, and work instruction. - Assist in the preliminary analysis of local issues and provide problem information to internal teams. - Manage partner production line quality by conducting audits, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and facilitating the introduction of new products. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor or master's degree in electrical/electronic engineering. - Preferably 2 years of related work experience. - Knowledge of quality control procedures. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. - Pro-active personality with the ability to take initiative and work independently. - Willingness to travel domestically and overseas. - Automotive product-related experience. - Proficient in English (speaking and writing). - Preferably with hardware analysis experience or background. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.
