Test Planning & Execution Develop and execute hardware validation plans for AC and DC EV chargers, covering power electronics, control systems, and communication interfaces. Define test cases, validation strategies, and pass/fail criteria based on design requirements and industry standards. Conduct manual and automated testing for functional, electrical, and environmental validation. 2. Hardware Functional & Performance Testing Validate new PCB’s, power electronics & protection circuits. Test thermal behavior, cooling mechanisms, and heat dissipation of different components. Perform dynamic load testing to simulate different EV charging scenarios. 3. Communication & Protocol Validation Test EV-to-charger communication for compliance with ISO 15118, OCPP, DIN 70121, and IEC 61851. Validate Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, and LTE connectivity for cloud integration. 4. Compliance & Regulatory Testing Conduct EMC/EMI testing to ensure chargers meet global regulatory standards.
