Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional

  technical support

  to end-users and clients.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve

  software and hardware issues

• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions in the system.
• Deliver excellent

  while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in both

  formats.

Requirements

• Experience:

  1–3 years in software support, IT help desk, or a similar technical role.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

• Languages:

  Must be fluent in

  Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

• Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first approach with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  

Work Schedule

• Timings:

  8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (equivalent to 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) — rotational shifts.

• Work Type:

  On-site

  (Ahmedabad, Gujarat).
