The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and customer support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional technical support to end-users and clients.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware issues effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in both written and verbal formats.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in software support, IT help desk, or a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Languages: Must be fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Skills:
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first approach with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Schedule

• Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (Rotational shifts).
• Location: On-site — Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
