Technical Support Engineer L1

As a candidate for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on Computer Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Electronics. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 2 years of experience in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Possess firewall knowledge including firewall configuration, firewall policy configuration, network interface configuration, routing, and bridge mode configuration. - Demonstrate networking knowledge with an understanding of TCP/IP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, BGP, ARP, etc. - Configure advanced features such as IPsec VPN, L2TP VPN, SSL VPN, HA, URL/application filtering, Antispam configuration, IPS, ATP, and SSL deep inspect. - Conduct troubleshooting activities encompassing network troubleshooting, firewall troubleshooting, packet capture, telnet, SSH, and addressing issues related to URL/browsing accessibility.
