Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer L1 to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the IT market with excellent customer service skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows, macOS, and network protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Analyze and report on technical support metrics and trends.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of major operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
  • Familiarity with the OSI model and experience troubleshooting network stack issues.
  • Understanding of encryption technologies, including SSL/TLS and types of certificates.
  • Basic Windows administration skills, including Active Directory and group policies.
  • Hands-on experience with patch management, application installation, and system performance monitoring.
  • Ability to read and write SQL and experience with antivirus, antimalware, and firewall concepts.
  • Industry-accepted certifications or equivalent work experience in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Security+, MCP, MCTS, or MCIT, CCNA.
  • Experience with Patch Management, Application Installation, and System Performance Monitoring.
  • Basic system log analysis beyond Event Viewer (e.g., /var/log/, application logs).
  • Familiarity with Windows firewall concepts, including rule creation and management.
