What we want you to do:- Support and maintain customers who have implemented the Apptio SaaSsolution, resolving customer issues in a timely fashion.- Operational management of clients (e.g. helping loading new data,maintaining and validating dashboard/report outputs, etc...)- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.- Work as part of our extended support team in a startup atmosphere, doingwhatever it takes to exceed customer expectations.- Use your business and technical analysis skills and knowledge of ITenvironments to solve complex issues and promote best practices.- Collaborate with other departments in the company to achieve customersatisfaction Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise - 3 years of technical support / system administration experience- 4 year degree in engineering, computer science, MIS, or equivalent preffered- Basic programming skills, e.g. HTML, SQL3+ years of technical support, system implementation/admini Preferred technical and professional experience - Knowledge and application of Databricks- Certification from either AWS, GCP, or Azure
