Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Engineer at Marketo, an Adobe Company, your main goal is to provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring that case management, Service Level Targets, and C-SAT goals are met. You will be responsible for resolving technical challenges and business issues promptly and completely, while also advocating for customers" priorities internally within Marketo. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to customers, meeting case management, Service Level Targets, and C-SAT goals - Resolve technical challenges and business issues promptly and completely - Advocate for customers" priorities within Marketo - Serve as an authority in specific functional and technical areas of the Marketo technology - Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form - Maintain accurate and timely records in the case tracking system - Share standard methodologies with team members to improve customer support quality and efficiency - Contribute to the knowledge base - Be part of a 24x7 Support Team Qualifications Required: - Must be a technical graduate - At least 2 years of progressive experience diagnosing and resolving problems in a complex software environment - Technical Support or implementation experience in supporting enterprise software solutions, ideally Marketing Automation, CRM, PRM, or SFA applications in a SaaS environment - Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, lead, multi-task, and execute projects involving multiple departments - Superior communication skills (presentation, written, and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of professional staff - Excellent analytical skills and ability to navigate challenging situations professionally - Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure - Experience in Database technology (SQL), Web technology (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, PHP), and Networking Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS) is a plus - Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous - General cultural awareness, particularly for agents supporting customers in regions different from their own (Note: The additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
