Technical Support Engineer

EXPERIENCE: 0 to 2 years

FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY

1. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to all service requests received via email, telephone and chats.
2. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
3. Track all issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
4. Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solved a technical issue.
5. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. Technology Teams).
6. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
7. Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions.
8. Compile all issues and/or problems faced by the customer in a timely and accurate manner.
9. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
10. Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are not re-occurring after troubleshooting.
11. Prepare accurate and timely reports.
12. Every issue/problem encountered, subsequent to their resolution, to be documented with a summary of the issue and the solution provided.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. 0-2 years of experience in

   Customer Support.

2. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
3. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
4. Desire and enthusiasm to learn new technologies/skills and comfortably apply the learning to the problem at hand.
5. Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines with solid organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to work independently or as a team player who enjoys working on cross-functional and culturally diverse teams.
