Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by identifying the root cause and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to internal technical teams while ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process.
• Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the support system.
• Manage multiple open cases, prioritize tasks efficiently, and ensure timely closure of tickets.
• Follow up proactively to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent recurring issues.
• Provide insights from customer interactions to internal teams to enhance product experience.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles (experience in SaaS or ERP domain is highly preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users with patience and clarity.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them to real-world scenarios.
• Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil.

Note :

• Working days -Mon to Sat
• Timings- 10am to 7pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
