Hi Jobseeker,

Technical Support Executive at Noida

Experience: Min. 6 months experience is required (International process)

Process: International Voice / Chat Support

Salary:- Upto 5 LPA

Working Conditions :

Rotational Shift (Day/Night)
5 working days
Weekly off : Rotational

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for international customers.
Troubleshoot system, software, and network issues.
Ensure timely resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Log all cases/tickets in the system and follow support protocols.

Requirements

Min. 6 months experienced required in international technical support .
Excellent English communication skills.
Good knowledge of OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
Comfortable with night shifts and rotational week-offs.
