Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive / Manager to manage customer relationships, sales follow-ups, and client data for our Kota Stone business. The role involves improving customer satisfaction, repeat business, and coordination between sales, dispatch, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Maintain and manage customer database and sales pipeline
  • • Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and order status communication
  • • Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams
  • • Track customer history, payments, and repeat orders
  • • Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure
  • • Generate CRM reports on sales, leads, and customer performance
  • • Improve customer retention and relationship management processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • • 3-5 years of experience in CRM or customer relationship roles
  • • Experience in building materials, stone, tiles, or manufacturing industry preferred
  • • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
