Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive / Manager to manage customer relationships, sales follow-ups, and client data for our Kota Stone business. The role involves improving customer satisfaction, repeat business, and coordination between sales, dispatch, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage customer database and sales pipeline
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and order status communication
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams
• Track customer history, payments, and repeat orders
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure
• Generate CRM reports on sales, leads, and customer performance
• Improve customer retention and relationship management processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in CRM or customer relationship roles
• Experience in building materials, stone, tiles, or manufacturing industry preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
