Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle and communication
  • Maintain and update CRM database with accurate client info
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing & support teams
  • Handle client onboarding, follow-ups, and escalations
  • Track customer satisfaction and feedback
  • Analyze CRM data to improve retention and engagement
  • Create SOPs and streamline CRM workflows
  • Support sales teams with lead tracking & pipeline management
  • Implement CRM tools and automation systems
  • Train team members on CRM best practices

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years in a CRM-focused role (preferably in Real Estate and Construction)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication & client-handling skills
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus
