CRM Executive / CRM Manager

The CRM Executive/Manager position at Mythri Builders in HSR Layout, Bangalore requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships by providing post-sales support, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining accurate customer records, and handling feedback and escalations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking. - Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding project updates, possession, and inquiries. - Record and manage customer interactions in the CRM software. - Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and projects teams to ensure seamless operations. - Address customer feedback, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner. Desired Candidate Profile: - At least 2 years of CRM experience in the Real Estate/Construction sector. - Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently. - Knowledge of real estate documentation and RERA compliance is a bonus.
