Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Specialist based in Ludhiana. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing effective technical support, and ensuring seamless customer service. The role involves addressing client concerns, communicating solutions clearly, and working with the team to maintain high operational standards in technical performance and service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
