We are seeking highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in product development and troubleshooting. As a Technical Specialist, this role will play a key role in Layer 2 Switching, Layer 3 Routing, and Multicast technologies. The role involves leading projects, resolving complex technical challenges, and mentoring junior team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. You have: Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering with 6+ years of experience, skilled in C, C++, Java, Python, and Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols (Switching, Routing, Multicast, QoS) to design and troubleshoot network-based systems effectively. Expertise in resolving complex technical issues. Experience in SW/HW integration. Hands-on experience with agile development practices. It would be nice if you also had: Work experience in customer engagement. Knowledge of quality standards in software care. Bring expertise in C, C++, Java, and Python, which are essential for developing and maintaining both software and hardware systems. Apply a strong understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols, including Switching, Routing, Multicast, and QoS, to design and troubleshoot network-based systems effectively. Work within Agile methodologies to enable rapid iteration and continuous improvement throughout the product development lifecycle. Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions. Lead small projects, managing risks and resources to ensure on-time delivery. Leverage experience in developing and releasing software and hardware improvements that align with customer requirements. Quickly adapt to new technologies, fostering a fast-paced and innovative environment.
