Title:Technical Specialist-Cybersecurity

Description:

Area(s) of responsibility

Experience: 5-7 Years
Responsibilities:

Contribute to the end-to-end management of technology policy and standard exception requests, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather exceptional details and drive remediation or approval workflows.
Track, document, and report on exception status, aging, and closure
Prepare regular status updates, dashboards, and exception reports as input for management updates and governance forums.
Facilitate meetings and communications between technical teams, business stakeholders, and risk/compliance functions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for exception requests, approvals, and remediation actions to support audit and compliance needs.

Skillset:

4-6 Years of project management experience in IT or related fields.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Skilled in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations.
Proficient with project tracking and workflow tools.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Basic understanding of IT / Technology security and risk concepts is a plus.
