Technical Services Manager

You will be joining Nanovet Nutrition Private Limited in Bengaluru as a full-time Technical Services Manager. In this role, your main responsibilities will include providing technical services and support, troubleshooting issues, setting protocols for in-house trials, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions for the field team. You will collaborate closely with the Product Management team for new product developments, providing valuable technical inputs. Effective communication with various stakeholders and resolution of technical challenges will be key aspects of your role. - Provide technical services and support in the Animal Health industry - Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently - Set protocols for in-house trials - Deliver exceptional customer service - Conduct training sessions for the field team - Collaborate with the Product Management team for new product developments - Communicate effectively with stakeholders - Resolve technical challenges effectively Qualifications: - Proficiency in Technical Services and Technical Support in the Animal Health Industry - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Excellent customer service abilities - Experience in delivering training sessions - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Background in animal nutrition or related field is a plus - Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field such as Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related discipline - Candidates with experience in Animal Health & Nutrition are encouraged to apply,
