Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Services Manager located in New Delhi. The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical support operations, troubleshooting technical issues, enhancing customer service, and providing training to both clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include managing the technical services team, handling escalations, ensuring prompt resolution of technical problems, and creating technical resources for customer and internal use.

• Proficiency in providing Training to clients and internal teams
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage and lead a technical team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the building products or home services industry is a plus
