Role Overview:

Technical Services personnel

Product Exposure (Any):

• PVA Adhesives

• Cyanoacrylate & Auto Care Products

• Rubber Adhesives

• Wood Adhesives

• Epoxy Adhesives

• Sealants

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites, distributors, and applicators to provide

  technical guidance and demonstrations

  .
• Explain

  correct product selection, application methods, surface preparation, and usage techniques

  .
• Handle

  technical queries, complaints, and on-site issues

  , ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with

  Sales, QC, and R&D teams

  for feedback and complex technical cases.
• Conduct

  product trials, mock-ups, and training programs

  for applicators and OEMs.
• Prepare

  site visit reports, quotations, and technical documentation

  .
• Support new product launches through

  field trials and customer education

  .

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  adhesives and sealant applications

• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

• Ability to interact confidently with

  applicators, contractors, and customers

• Willingness to

  travel extensively

  within assigned territory
• Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach
  

Preferred Profile:

• Candidates from

  Technical Services, R&D, QC, or Application Support

  roles
• Experience in

  construction chemicals, adhesives, paints, or polymers

• R&D professionals willing to move into a

  field-facing technical role
