Job Description

Key skills and responsibilities

  • Must have 6-8 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Must have hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, Portals, and Scoped Applications.
  • Must be proficient in integrations (Inbound/Outbound).
  • Must have strong communication skills and experience in client handling.
  • Must be able to mentor junior developers in the team.
  • Must be based in Bengaluru.
  • Experience across multiple modules, especially CSM, custom implementations, integrations, or complex workflows.
  • Strong API experience REST/SOAP, authentication (OAuth2, Basic Auth) and error handling, data mapping, and retry mechanisms.
  • Experience in CSM case management, portal customization, and widget development
  • Experience in handling order processing, approvals, and automation within ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of structured deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-team collaboration
  • Experience in mentoring, enforcing coding standards, and leading technical discussions.
