Job Description

Technical Sales Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with
technical expertise
during client meetings and presentations.
Conduct
on-site product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions
for customers.
Provide
after-sales technical support
, troubleshooting, and product usage guidance.
Work closely with the sales team to prepare
technical documents, proposals, and customer solutions
.
Act as the technical point of contact for customer queries, ensuring smooth implementation and usage of products.
Support product evaluation, testing, and validation processes at customer sites.
Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring post-installation satisfaction.
Share product and technical feedback from customers with internal teams for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in
Biotechnology / Biology (Hons) / Life Sciences
or related field.

Experience:

3-6 years (With strong communication & technical aptitude are encouraged to apply).

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge in biotech / life sciences.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to explain and demonstrate complex products in a simplified way.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
Team player with willingness to travel for demonstrations and installations.
