Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Mumbai operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch performance, driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and building long-term client relationships. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and excellent team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and profitability by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance

with company policies.

  • Monitor and analyze market conditions, including competitor activities, to strategize effectively.
  • Identify target organizations and establish regular contact with relevant marketing teams.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts while building a strong base of new customers.

Branch Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure timely reporting of operational and sales metrics to senior management.
  • Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and operational team.
