Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Specialist. The individual in this role will focus on promoting and selling technical products or services to BioPharma industries. Responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, providing tailored technical support, presenting product solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also entails building strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales strategies
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship management
• Experience in providing Technical Support and understanding technical products or services
• Experience in B2B selling to Pharma industry
• Familiarity with Single Use Technology will be preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, is preferred
