Technical Sales Representative

In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to introduce Cloud Products and Services to customers. You will help prospective customers understand the power of Cloud Platforms, explain technical features, and problem-solve any potential roadblocks. Collaboration with the engineering team is essential to stay updated on industry trends and devise enhancements to the Cloud products. The company specializes in Google Workspace and M365. Responsibilities: - Generate leads through cold calling, mail campaigns, events, etc. - Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate outbound lead opportunities. - Assess and analyze a prospect's current process and requirements. - Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers. - Manage the technical relationship with customers, including managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources. - Demonstrate and prototype Cloud product integrations in customer environments. - Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution using best practices on Cloud. - Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as necessary. Preferable Skills: - Relevant experience serving as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or equivalent customer-facing role. - Hands-on experience with Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS technologies. - Experience presenting and delivering technical pitches. - Hands-on experience with networking concepts including routing, VPNs, load balancers, and firewalls. - Understanding of data and information management, especially as it relates to big data trends in businesses. - Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems. - Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud or IT technology space.,
