Our platform includes tools such as WhatsApp API, Unified Inbox, CRM, Bot Builder, Automations Builder, and Ecommerce solutions among others. We aim to provide integrated solutions to enhance business communication and automation. Join us in Surat to be a part of our innovative journey.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Representative located in Surat. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will engage with potential clients to present and demonstrate our suite of SaaS solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying client needs, providing technical consultations, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for product training and supporting clients throughout their onboarding process.

Qualifications

2+ Years Experience in Technical Sales, Sales expertise
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Training and educating clients on products
Ability to understand technical products and solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
