Technical Sales Representative

You will be working as a Technical Sales Representative on a full-time on-site basis in Jaipur. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new business prospects, nurturing existing customer relationships, conducting Trials at RMCs and Infra Projects, and driving business growth. Your daily activities will involve holding sales meetings with Quality Control and Decision Making personnel at RMCs and Projects, creating new business opportunities, and managing collections. To excel in this role, you should possess technical sales and sales acumen, excellent customer service and communication skills, and hands-on experience in Ready Mix Concrete and Admixture Formulation. Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are crucial. While a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory.
