Technical Sales Expert – Protection engineers

Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support of IPS software solutions to the Sales Team in the domain of

  “Protection solutions”

  in Power Utilities
• Act as a trusted consultant to the customer in understanding their needs and proposing a solution along with the sales team
• Maintain a relationship with the customer post-sales for customer satisfaction
• Enter & maintain accurate issue descriptions and detailed updates within our CRM system
• Support solution and product, configuration, implementation, testing, and documentation
• Assist and support in the planning and implementation of our solution at the customer site, plus solution and product support, configuration, implementation, testing, and documentation
• Working closely with the product development teams, outside sales, and product management
• Team with Sales to ensure growth in the Indian market, including participation in building a strategy for growth

Your Energy

• Degree in Electrical engineering or any related field
• Experience of about 10-15 years working in a Power Transmission/Distribution utility or in a company that provides software and services in the domain of

  “Protection/ Protection studies”

• Passion for Digitalization, Energy Transition, and trends that drive the rapidly changing power utility industry
• Knowledge of

  electrical power assets (transformers, motors, generators, switchgear, cables, etc.)

• Knowledge of Grid/Grid technologies; Power System studies; Protocols (IEC etc); software like PSS/E; CAPE, ETAP, DiGSILENT etc.

• Good Communication and active listening skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within an organization and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with a strong focus on the quality of work
