Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, including managing the complete sales cycle, opportunity qualification, directing backend sales development teams, product positioning, driving product demos, pricing negotiations, maintaining a healthy sales funnel, accurate forecasting, representing the company at industry events, and managing executive-level relationships. You will also be required to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers in accounts, generate leads, develop the sales pipeline, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy, identifying business opportunities, conducting market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: - Take complete ownership of the sales process - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - Qualify opportunities and direct backend sales development teams - Effectively position products and drive product demos - Conduct pricing and commercial negotiations - Ensure a healthy sales funnel and accurate forecasting - Represent the company at industry events - Manage executive-level relationships - Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers - Generate leads and develop the sales pipeline - Manage client relationships and achieve sales targets - Shape the go-to-market strategy and identify business opportunities - Drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning - Translate technical requirements into viable solutions and service offerings - Conduct trials, demos, workshops, and technical forums - Negotiate the terms and conditions of orders, agreements, and close sales Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in selling 5G/4G/ORAN/Networking or telecom products with an understanding of the 5G Architecture - Expertise in Telecommunications Technologies, Architecture, Testing methods, 4G/5G/networks, 4G/5G Core, 5G Test, and measurement tools - Proven track record in handling large accounts and achieving sales targets - Proficiency in negotiation and sales techniques, Sales Process Understanding with a winning mindset - Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into business solutions - Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
