Position Overview

Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, sales pitches, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Address customer needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to promote repeat business.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
  • Assist in developing sales plans and promotional strategies.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, finance, operations) for smooth order processing.

Team Support

  • Guide and support junior sales executives in lead follow-up, client handling, and closing techniques.
  • Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and team reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven sales experience in [industry].
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle high-value clients and long sales cycles.
