Your Responsibilities:-
- Conduct daily meetings with IHBs(Individual House Builders) and influencers including masons, contractors and engineers in the assigned region to generate sales of TMT Bars as per monthly targets.
- Enroll engineers, masons, contractors and IHBs into the companys CRM system.
- Ensure all field visits are completed as per the PJP (Pre-Journey Plan) assigned by the manager - a minimum of 8 unique visits per day.
- Update all visit reports, meeting details, and follow-ups in the CRM system on a regular basis.
- Conduct local engagement meets for masons, engineers, contractors, and architects to increase product awareness and strengthen relationships.
- Use personal two-wheeler for market visits (fuel reimbursement as per company policy).
