Technical Sales Manager

As a Technical Sales Manager in the Foundry industry, your role will involve sales operations of minerals in the foundry division, including contract preparation, supervision of a small team for sales & shipping documents, risk control, and coordination for all shipping & chartering activities. You will be responsible for effectively leading the iron ore sales operations team and implementing innovative systems to streamline activities. Your key responsibilities will include conveying sales contractual requirements to different teams, providing updates to the Marketing team, monitoring revenue flows and cash collection, and working closely with the Shipping and Chartering team to minimize costs and governance over counterparty risk. Key Responsibilities: - Sales operations of minerals in the foundry division - Supervision of a small team for sales & shipping documents - Controlling risk and coordination for all shipping & chartering activities - Leading the iron ore sales operations team - Implementing innovative systems to streamline activities - Conveying sales contractual requirements to different teams - Providing updates to the Marketing team - Monitoring revenue flows and cash collection - Minimizing costs of sea freight and demurrage - Providing additional governance over counterparty risk Qualifications Required: - BE/MSC in Metallurgy or MBA - Experience of 2-6 years in Foundry Sales or work in the foundry industry - Strong knowledge of foundry processes, products, and markets - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Please note that the salary offered for this position is the best in the industry.,
