Sales Manager - Foundry

As a Technical Sales Manager in the Foundry industry, your role will involve working in the Green sand molding Process Department, preferably in the Clay mineral sector with experience in Coal Supply for foundry industries. You should have a strong background in Sales within the Foundry division, with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Sales Operations of minerals in the Foundry division - Prepare contracts and supervise a small team in preparing sales and shipping documents - Control risks and coordinate all shipping and chartering activities - Lead the iron ore sales operations and documentation team - Implement innovative systems and processes to streamline activities - Communicate sales contractual requirements to Operations, Mine Planning, and Project Development teams - Provide updates to the Marketing team from Operations, Mine Planning, and Project Development teams - Monitor revenue flows and cash collection from sales - Collaborate with the Shipping and Chartering team to minimize sea freight costs and demurrage - Provide governance over counter-party risk Qualifications Required: - BE/MSC in Metallurgy or MBA - Strong knowledge of foundry processes, products, and markets - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
