The Role

Technical Sales Manager (5–10 years)

• Develop and expand sales with manufacturers in 

  paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and construction chemicals

  .
• Leverage your industry knowledge to 

  identify new opportunities and key accounts

  .
• Build and manage long-term relationships with R&D, procurement, and production teams at client organizations.
• Present product benefits, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure smooth order execution.
• Work closely with internal supply chain and technical teams to deliver customer success.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience:

   5–10 years in 

  sales or business development

   with a strong background in 

  raw material distribution for paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, pigments, or construction chemicals

  .
• Strong track record of 

  client engagement, account management, and sales growth

  .

• Educational background:

   BE Chemical, BSc/MSc Chemistry, Diploma in Chemicals, or Business Administration with relevant industry experience.
• Excellent 

  communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  .
• Ability to work independently, travel to customers across regions, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
