Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications in security technologies are a plus.
6+ years of experience in technical sales or business development in the aviation security domain or a related field.
Proven experience in selling and handling X-ray scanners, video analytics, video management software, AI/ML-based solutions, and surveillance systems.
Strong understanding of the aviation security industry, including regulations, best practices, and key players in the market.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions.
Ability to manage multiple sales cycles and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
Willingto travel as required.
Familiarity with global aviation security standards and regulations.
