Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, offering solutions, demonstrating product functionality, and working closely with the technical team to address any issues. The role involves frequent interactions with clients and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to understand complex technical products and explain them to non-technical clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for working in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• min. Experience up to 1 Year
• Similar to same industries Priorities
• Basic technical knowledge of Chemical and food Processing equipment's will plus
• Willingness to travel PAN INDIA, if required
• Must be well spoken, and possess good written communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills including tracking, reporting, and record keeping Basic knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel, and computer skills is a must-have
• Education: -MBA/BBA Sales or bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering from a reputed institute
