We are covering wide range of products in our portfolio such as Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Multimeters, DC Power Supplies, EMI/ EMC, BMS, Battery Test Solution, Temperature Chamber, Humidity Chamber, Thermal Shock Chamber, Battery Test Chamber, ElectroChemical Migration Test Evaluation System, UTM, RoHS Tester etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales & Marketing Engineers – Electronics Test & Measurement, with openings in the Delhi Region (2 positions), Bangalore Region (1 position), Hyderabad (1 position) & Pune (1 position)

The selected candidates will be responsible for executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and engaging with customers to promote advanced Test & Measurement solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing sales plans, understanding customer technical requirements, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

This role requires close collaboration with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, and consistently achieve sales targets across assigned regions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales & Marketing to promote technical products and achieve targets
• Proficiency in Market Research and Analytical Thinking to identify trends and opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills for engaging with clients and teams
• Ability to conduct technical discussions and provide solutions based on customer needs
• Technical background in electronics, measurements, or instrumentation is highly preferred
• B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Technical Promotion (preferably in Test & Measurement)
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams and adapt to fast-paced environments
