As a Technical Sales Engineer at Usha Fire Safety, your role is to lead and manage specific Training and product lines within the organization. You will be responsible for generating leads for Training Programs, developing strategies, and ensuring the success of your assigned product vertical . Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell assigned product verticals ( Training Programs). 2. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. 3. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective product campaigns. 4. Monitor and manage inventory levels for your product vertical. 5. Provide product training and support to sales teams and customers. (Presentations and Demos) 6. Gather and analyze feedback to improve training product offerings. 7. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners. 8. Stay updated with industry developments related to your product category. 9. Achieve Training vertical targets and contribute to overall company objectives.
