Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Khanna. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing technical sales activities, providing technical support to customers, and delivering effective sales engineering. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, presenting technical solutions, negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and convert the leads into customers. The role demands frequent interaction with customers to address their technical inquiries and offer appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills
• Technical Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience in the animal feed equipment industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in using sales and technical support software
