As a Technical Sales Engineer, you play a crucial role in driving business growth by combining your technical expertise with sales skills to provide solutions to customers. Your responsibilities include: - Developing a deep understanding of the company's products and services. - Identifying customer requirements and recommending appropriate technical solutions. - Preparing and delivering technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. - Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for business development. - Working closely with the engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback for product improvement. - Assisting customers with product selection, integration, and troubleshooting. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully. - Maintaining relationships with existing clients and seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors" products. - Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
