Technical Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to promote and sell the company's products or services. You will play a crucial role in addressing customer needs, offering solutions to technical challenges, and collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of the company's offerings and effectively communicating their features and benefits to customers. - Proactively identifying and resolving customer concerns, providing technical support throughout the sales process and after-sales. - Working closely with sales teams to develop sales strategies, prepare presentations, and successfully close deals. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their long-term satisfaction. - Staying updated on the latest product knowledge, including technical specifications, in order to deliver engaging presentations and support sales efforts. - Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders such as engineers and sales teams to drive business success. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to engage with customers effectively. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Engineer is required for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shift, Monday to Friday, with a morning shift. In addition, performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are offered.
