As a Sales Representative at our company, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in the electrical power industry. Based at our company headquarters in Vadodara, Gujarat, you will travel across India, with a focus on Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Sales of numerical relays in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. - Identify target customers, analyze their needs, and present required solutions. - Generate new sales opportunities through site visits, cold calling, canvassing, networking, and referrals. - Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. - Provide technical support to customers during the sales process and after installation. - Prepare and present sales proposals to customers. - Follow up on customer inquiries and feedback promptly. - Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities. - Monitor market trends. - Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers. - Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, power system protection principles, and numerical relay operation. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent customer service skills. - Effective negotiation skills. - Good understanding of product pricing and market trends. - Proficiency in using MS Office such as Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint. - Ability to develop relationships with customers and vendors. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently. - Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
