Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers, including architects, contractors, consultants, and developers. Generate leads and build a pipeline for PEB projects.
  • Sales Process Management: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions involving PEB structures. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical/commercial offers. Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Consultation: Serve as a technical advisor to clients, explaining the benefits of PEB solutions. Assist in the design and customization of PEB structures to meet client specifications.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer preferences. Develop strategies to improve market share and penetrate new markets.
  • Coordination and Follow-Up: Liaise with internal teams (design, production, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery of projects. Ensure post-sales services like installation support,
    documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to the management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E (in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engg. preferred).
  • Experience: Fresher as well as candidates experienced in sales, preferably in the PEB, construction, or related industry.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of PEB designs, load calculations, and steel structures is critical.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build
    relationships and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

Key Competencies:

  • Market Understanding: Awareness of construction/industrial trends and customer needs in the PEB sector.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to offer innovative and practical solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for project execution and client
    satisfaction.

Key Metrics:

  • Revenue generated from PEB projects.
  • Number of new clients onboarded.
  • Client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Timeliness in project execution and sales targets.
