Technical Sales Advisor

Job Summary

We are hiring a Technical Sales Advisor to support customers with technical guidance, product selection, solution-based selling, and tender-related requirements. The role involves working with architects, contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and industrial clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical explanations to customers regarding fire doors, hardware, passive fire protection products, and relevant Indian Standards.
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, drawings, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare quotations, technical submissions, and tender documents (including GeM).
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, requirement understanding, and client support.
• Coordinate internally with design, production, and quality teams.
• Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and customer records.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong technical understanding (training can be provided).
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
• Experience in building materials, fire doors, construction hardware, industrial products, or PFP solutions is preferred.

Location: Nagpur / Maharashtra (Travel as needed)
Experience: 1–6 years in Technical Sales / Industrial or Construction Product Sales
Qualification: Diploma or BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹47,500.00 per month
