Job Title: Technical Resource – Solar Power Generator Company

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Resource – Solar Power Generator to support the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar power generators and related energy storage systems. The role involves working closely with sales, service, and engineering teams to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and test solar power generators, inverters, batteries, and associated components

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar generator systems

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, inverter, battery, and control system issues

• Provide technical support to customers, dealers, and internal teams

• Assist the sales team with technical presentations, demos, and pre-sales support

• Prepare technical documentation, system layouts, wiring diagrams, and service reports

• Ensure installations comply with safety standards and electrical regulations

• Conduct site surveys and recommend appropriate system configurations

• Train customers and service partners on system operation and basic maintenance

• Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical clarifications and warranty support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field

• Hands-on experience with solar generators, inverters, batteries (Li-ion / Lead-acid), and charge controllers

• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, off-grid and hybrid solutions

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

• Familiarity with basic tools, multimeters, and testing equipment

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Willingness to travel for installations and service calls

Preferred Skills

• Experience with portable or containerized solar generator systems

• Knowledge of lithium battery management systems (BMS)

• Exposure to remote monitoring and IoT-based energy systems

• Certification in solar installation or electrical safety (optional but preferred)

Soft Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance

• Time management and reporting skills
