Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an experienced IT Recruitment professional with 2-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, starting from requirement collection to offer generation and onboarding. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and leading the recruitment process to meet hiring goals effectively. - Collaborating with hiring managers to define recruiting plans for open mandates. - Actively participating in the full recruitment cycle, with a focus on assessing candidate skills and ensuring high-quality standards. - Handling Recruitment & Talent management, including searching, creating, and managing candidate databases as per requirements. - Assisting hiring managers in assessing the needed roles accurately. - Reviewing job descriptions, understanding requirements, and executing search plans to identify potential candidates. - Sourcing candidates through various channels like job portals, internal databases, and social media. - Assessing applicants" relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies. - Owning the scheduling, coordination, and management of the entire recruitment process. - Building strong relationships with candidates to enhance credibility and leverage talent effectively.
