You should have 2-8 years of experience in IT Recruitment. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement collection to offer generation and onboarding. You will lead the recruitment process and ensure the completion of hiring goals. Working closely with hiring managers, you will define recruiting plans for open mandates and actively participate in the recruitment efforts, emphasizing assessment skills to evaluate candidates effectively and maintain high standards. Additionally, you will handle Recruitment & Talent management, create and manage candidate databases based on requirements, assist hiring managers in need assessment for roles, and execute search plans to identify potential candidates. Sourcing candidates through various channels like job portals, internal databases, and social media, you will assess their relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies. You will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and owning the end-to-end recruitment cycle, while also building strong relationships with candidates to enhance credibility.
